How to use the tobacco circulation fan?

Release time: 2018-05-16

The tobacco baking circulating fan generally includes a motor, a transmission shaft, a bearing seat, and a fan blade. The output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected to the upper end of the transmission shaft through a coupling. The fan blade is fixed to the bottom end of the transmission shaft, and adopts a direct transmission method. The motor directly drives the transmission shaft to rotate. Therefore, the stability of transmission is good, and the bearings on the transmission shaft are not susceptible to wear. There are also diesel engines configured, which can be used to drive the fan to rotate in the event of a power outage, to avoid the inability to bake tobacco leaves normally due to power outages.
The circulating fan is generally easy to disassemble and install, convenient for maintenance, high reliability, and simple and convenient to use.
In practical operation, how to effectively reduce energy consumption in dense curing rooms while improving the quality of flue-cured tobacco, and achieve the effect of energy conservation and cost reduction, is closely related to the correct use of high and low grade flue-cured tobacco circulating fans.
During tobacco baking, when the blower is turned on at high or low speed, it must be flexibly adjusted according to temperature, humidity, and changes in tobacco baking.
Use of low speed gear of fan
1、 The yellowing stage of tobacco leaves mainly involves the withering and yellowing of tobacco leaves before the curing temperature reaches 46 ℃. At this stage, the tobacco leaves lose less water, and generally turn yellow with moisture retention. A large amount of water is required to promote the yellowing of the tobacco leaves. The fan mainly circulates the air in the curing room, reducing the vertical temperature and humidity difference between layers, making the tobacco leaves evenly turn yellow and uniformly dehydrate. At this time, using the low speed gear of the high-temperature circulating fan can reduce wind speed, reduce moisture volatilization, and save electricity and coal consumption.
2、 The color fixing stage of tobacco leaves, mainly between 52 ℃ and 55 ℃, involves the formation of aroma substances and color fixing. As the tobacco leaves become dehydrated and dried, the gap between the leaves becomes larger and larger. Using a low speed range at this stage can not only reduce energy consumption, but also facilitate the formation of aroma in the cured tobacco leaves and reduce the color difference between the front and back sides of the tobacco leaves.
3、 The drying stage of tobacco leaves is mainly from 56 ℃ to the drying temperature point of tobacco ribs. On the premise of ensuring that the wet-bulb temperature is stable below 42 ℃, the leaves have all dried, the hot air flow in the curing room is easily unblocked, most of the moisture in the tobacco leaves has been discharged, and the leaf pulp is basically dry. At this time, adjusting the high-temperature circulating fan for tobacco baking to a low speed gear can reduce wind speed, reduce aroma volatilization, and save power consumption and fuel. At the same time, pay attention to stopping the machine when the main pulse of the tobacco leaves is dry and the temperature drops below 60 ℃ to prevent excessive temperature in the furnace from burning out the motor.
Use of high speed gear of fan
High speed range is mainly used in the process of tobacco leaves requiring a large amount of water loss and leaf drying and color fixing. First, it is aimed at tobacco leaves with high water content, such as tobacco leaves with excessive water adhering to the surface or collected in rainy days. During baking, turn on the high gear for a short time to drain some moisture from the leaf surface, and then use the low gear when the moisture decreases. The second is to use a high gear for grills with large temperature differences, high smoke loading, and poor ventilation. After the temperature difference is reduced, use a low gear. Third, at the temperature point of 48 ℃ to 55 ℃ in the dry leaf color fixing process, the main task of the fan is to gradually accelerate the moisture loss of the leaves and promote the drying of the tobacco leaves. Therefore, at this time, it is necessary to increase the firepower, use a high-speed fan to operate, increase the moisture removal of the tobacco leaves, and promote the balanced drying of the tobacco leaves.
